  $1500 one-time retention fee (note that this covers the initial 6 hours of case review)

  $250 per hour for case review (after the initial 6 hours is expended), report writing, miscellaneous activities.

  $350 per hour for deposition preparation, trial preparation.

• </h3 >

  $500 per hour for depositions (local and out-of-town) (2 hours minimum)

• </h3 >

  $500 per hour for providing testimony (local) (2 hours minimum)

• </h3 >

  Out-of-Town Travel — $4000 flat fee for a one day out-of-town deposition and/or testimony (plus expenses).
